Barron’s AP Computer Science Principles is designed to help students prepare for exam topics, regardless of what computer language or method they learned. The book has been updated to include the course changes that will be implemented in the 2020-2021 academic year.

The College Board has announced that there are May 2021 test dates available are May 3-7 and May 10-14, 2021. 

This edition includes:

• Three practice exams in the book, with an additional exam available online
• In-depth instructions on how to complete the Explore Performance Tasks and the Create Performance Tasks.
• Sample responses that earn high scores and sample responses that earn low scores

The questions and examples all reflect the style of recent exam questions and cover the essential knowledge topics outlined by the CollegeBoard.
 

About the Author
Seth Reichelson is a 2015 White House Champion of Change, College Board Summer Institute Teacher, and IBM Champion.  As a Computer Science teacher at Lake Brantley High school and Ocoee High School, he grew his computer program with grassroots activism. Through his unflappable likability and out of the box implementation of ideas, he enlivened the class with quirky but accessible projects that appeal to all students. Putting his charismatic legitimacy to paper truly has been an epic adventure for all involved including his Labradors. Seth Reichelson is a long time High School teacher and Labrador Retriever enthusiast.
