Walter "Jack" Rollins was a musician and songwriter. He co-wrote FROSTY THE SNOWMAN with Steve Nelson in 1950. It has been a holiday favorite ever since. Steve Nelson was a radio producer and singer. He co-wrote FROSTY THE SNOWMAN with Walter "Jack" Rollins in 1950. It has been a holiday favorite ever since. Sam Williams is the author, illustrator, and designer of numerous picture books for young children. Sam lives with his wife in Hertfordshire, England.
