different case studies providing different points of view. i like to compare different ways to do things so i can figure out a method of my own. this book really helped to do that.

"The Northouse Leadership and Practice textbook, is a book in which the student will utilize way after they have graduated from college. This textbook provides real life examples of leadership, to include leadership in the professional level. The book gives interesting, as well as innovative ideas on how an individual can utilize the tips provided in the book, to better sharpen their leadership skills. The book is a great tool, that can certainly be utilized even after a student is done with their collegiate career. This book is most certainly a must have, as it what one can consider a book for a lifetime."
