He is the author of three editions of Exchange Server 24seven and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Advanced Administration, and coauthor of Cabling: The Complete Guide to Network Wiring, all from Sybex. Benjamin Craig is a systems and security engineer with nearly a decade of experience deploying and supporting Exchange for a wide variety of industries. He is the full-time IT manager of a California bank and is the owner of Xnetworking, a technical consulting company.
